Sep-Pro crude oil topping units for crude oil distillation and the associated fired heaters add value and utility when the output of a crude oil well doesn’t require a full-scale refinery, or when an isolated well location hinders the transfer of crude oil to larger refining sites.
At or near the site of crude oil production, these atmospheric distillation units are an inexpensive means of extracting a limited but useful range of components such as diesel, fuel oil, and asphalt. Processes for removing contaminants can also be incorporated.
Often included in our crude oil topping units, fired heaters can also be produced as components to be used in other systems that require effective heating of fluids.
