Heat Exchanger Plugsheet & Tubesheet Fabrication

Sep-Pro Systems, Inc. recently completed the first matching set of massive, 242-hole plug sheets for a Texas Heat Exchange manufacturer. Fabrication of the 14×1 foot stainless steel plates were made possible through the unique application of Sep-Pro’s enormous 8×8 foot CNC quickmill table running at 3,000RPMs. In this video, you’ll see the CNC machine adding threads to the holes.

Sep-Pro Systems has been designing and fabricating custom Tube Sheets, as well as complete Heat Exchangers, and larger solutions, for over a decade. Click here for more information about Sep-Pro Shell-and-Tube Heat Exchangers.
