Located in new and expanded facilities in Houston, we offer our domestic and overseas clients the flexibility to meet their particular process systems needs within their requested timetables, while maintaining a focus on personalized customer service and support.

We use only the finest components and quality materials, and because we fabricate our systems in-house, we can monitor our quality assurance from start to finish. Whether we build to your specs or work with you to engineer and design your specialized systems, you can be assured your Sep-Pro equipment is exactly what you want and need.

As a midsized company we offer increased flexibility in meeting your particular process system needs within your timetable, while maintaining a focus on personalized customer service and support. Our units consist of natural gas liquids plants using refrigeration or JT, vapor recovery systems, nitrogen rejection systems, ammonia absorption refrigeration, crude oil topping units, acid gas treatment with amines or mole sieves, TEG dehydration units, adsorption systems for specialized separation and desalination systems. To build these systems, we use our ASME code stamp (R & U) to fabricate the required shell and tube heat exchangers, fired heaters, two and three phase separators, fractionation columns, etc.

Certifications

Sep-Pro Systems, Inc. maintains certification with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) for “U” stamped vessels and the National Board for “R” stamped repairs.
