TEG dehydration

Natural gas dehydration is very basic to the huge gas transportation and processing market. SPS builds liquid absorption and adsorption de-hydration equipment. TEG systems vary over a wide range of flow and pressure conditions. Since we build all of our own vessels we can be extremely competitive in a very competitive market.

Many customers desire custom design such as enhanced burner management systems, remote process monitoring requiring advanced PLC and process parameter measurement, lower water specification, different types of packing (i.e, structural vs random, special pump configurations such as parallel spares or VFD driven).

SPS can be competitive in both standard and custom design. If lower moisture specification (i.e, less than 1ppmv for LNG feed gas is required), we can design and build the appropriate molecular sieve for this extensive de-hydration. The mole sieve can be in series with a TEG bulk removal system.
